Rochester, NY, November 23, 2011 – Telamon Corporation has awarded D.A. Smith & Associates a one-year contract to provide management training to their Georgia operations.
Telamon Corporation is a multi-state, multi-funded, non-profit organization organized in 1965 to provide assistance to farmworkers and their families, children born into poverty, at-risk youth, elderly, homeless, and dislocated workers. The National Farmworker Jobs, WIA Youth Program, and Migrant Head Start are three of several programs administered by Telamon Corporation.
To improve performance management among all programs, Telamon sought a training provider with an updated knowledge of HR management solutions to assist staff increase productivity, enhance their professional development, and meet projected goals. The contract covers management training on a range of topics including coaching employees, onboarding, and talent management. All work will be performed in Savannah, Georgia.
