Ashley is currently a Business Analyst at D.A. Smith and Associates. She has extensive experience within the field of education. Ashley has lead numerous projects requiring ongoing assessment and data analysis to enhance growth and performance. However, her strength is her ability to communicate complex information to a community of diverse stakeholders. Ashley brings the ability to initiate strategies and approaches in order to manage priorities in an active environment.
Ashley earned a B.S in History with a concentration in the Quad-Inclusive Education Program, thus earning her four certifications in Childhood Education, and Childhood Education of Students with Disabilities. Ashley obtained her M.S in Education also from Nazareth College specializing in Educational Technology. While completing her M.S., she was a full time teacher and completed her Capstone project specifically focusing on the significance of SMART boards as tools to encompass learning and growth in areas of education, professional development and training.
Currently, Ashley is pursuing a second B.S. in Applied Arts and Sciences with concentrations in Organizational Change and Leadership and American Sign Language from Rochester Institute of Technology. Ashley will earn an Organizational Change and Leadership certificate in addition to a B.S., which will foster the importance of being an effective leader, and team building skills. All of these skills are necessary to aid in meeting and exceeding client relations.
